Well, not really. I did make it to New Delhi, where friends tried drag me to a movie - but how could I sit in a theater when just being in India was far better than any movie? So my closest trip to Bollywood was in New York, doing makeup for a bona fide Bollywood star.
Mallika Sherawat is one of the biggest names in Bollywood. When I mentioned to friends that I had met her they (my Indian friends...even my New York City Indian cab drivers) were jealous.
